Craig, a St. Augustine native, developed his expertise in title insurance rising through the ranks of a highly successful title company in St. Augustine. His ability to resolve complex title issues quickly and correctly and his personal commitment to excellent customer service combine to maintain his well-deserved reputation within the real estate community for accurate and on schedule closings.  In addition, Craig is a hands-on manager who personally reviews each title commitment, oversees processing, prepares closing documents and conducts closings.  
 
DAVID GRAUBARD, VICE PRESIDENT AND CO-FOUNDER           EMAIL DAVID
David, a native of upstate New York and graduate of SUNY Binghamton, moved to Florida in 1998.  David, formerly controller of a New York consulting firm, utilized his extensive accounting and marketing experience as the Business Manager of a successful title company in St. Augustine.  He continues his fiscal management responsibilities at Action Title overseeing all aspects of the accounting, operations and marketing functions.  In addition, David handles closings as needed to maintain Action Title’s reputation for customer oriented service and on-time closings.
 
MAUREEN TOMASELLO, SR. CLOSING ANALYST         EMAIL MAUREEN
Closing Analyst, Maureen Tomasello, moved from New Jersey to Florida in the mid 1990s.  Prior to coming to Action Title Services, Maureen completed a 20 year career with a major insurance company.  Her attention to detail, highly developed organizational skills and ability to multi-task combine to make her a highly effective closing coordinator.  Maureen examines the title commitments, resolves outstanding issues, gathers documents and works directly with lenders, brokers, realtors, buyers and sellers to coordinate all the details that combine for a successful closing.

JENNIFER (“Jenny”) F. BROWN, ESCROW OFFICER      EMAIL JENNY
Jennifer (“Jenny”) F. Brown, is a St. Augustine native who has 27 years combined experience in the financial and title insurance industry.  Jenny has developed a strong background in the title industry since starting in 1998.  Jenny has a well earned reputation for being highly committed to providing customers with respect and dignity and has effective communication skills in order to provide customer service excellence. As Escrow Officer, Jenny will manage the entire closing process from examining the title commitment through preparation of closing documents and coordinating all the details to ensure a smooth closing with realtors, lending institutions, brokers, buyers and sellers.
